We offer the following plans to save you money: Maintenance Plans, Referrals, and Pre-Paid Service Discounts

Computers need to get regular checkups to keep them running smoothly and securely. To ensure your PC's are running their best we offer a regularly scheduled maintenance plan. The plan consists of:

Two maintenance checkups a year spaced six months apart
We come to your computer at your home or office
Inspection of computer and peripherals
Computer performance evaluation
Hard drive checkout, file defragmentation
Removal of unneeded files to increase free storage space
Cleaning of computer interior/fans/filters as needed
Anti-virus scan. Adware/spyware scan
Discuss with you how the PC has been performing

Subscribers to the maintenance plan will contacted prior to their maintenance due date for an appointment day/time. This plan does not cover items such as upgrades, installation or training

The price of the maintenance plan is $140 yearly per machine. (up to a $300 value!)

Pre-Paid service discounts:

Purchase a block of service time and receive a discount off our consulting rates. When you pre-pay for service time we set up an account for you and deduct time from it as you use our service. When you subscribe you will given a receipt detailing the number of hours purchased. Discounts are calculated from a base rate of $90/hour.

Here are the available discount levels:

5% discount: Buy at least 5 hours of time. $85.50/hour. You save $4.50/hour.

10% discount: Buy at least 10 hours of time. $81.00/hour. You save $9.00/hour.

Here is how it works:

A minimum of five hour blocks of time must be purchased. There is no maximum.
Pre-paid time can be used for on-site and phone/email/research time.
Pre-paid time can be used at any time and does not expire.
Unused pre-paid time will be happily refunded upon request.
Pre-Paid time does not apply to any parts, products, expenses or travel time; only for service time.

All prepaid service time purchased is to be used for the purchaser by the holder of the prepaid service discount. Any unused time is transferable to another party upon written agreement from Fox Consulting.

Referrals:

If you refer new business to us you earn FREE consulting time. For each new client you refer you will receive 1/2 hour of FREE consulting time.

There is no limit to the number of free hours you can earn and the free time can be used anytime. Your free time doesn't expire either. When you want to use your free time please make sure you tell us that when you call. Free time earned is good for service time only, not travel related time, and cannot be used in any other way and cannot be redeemed for the value of the consulting time.
