It has been and will always be Fox Consulting's policy to hold confidential any and all dealings with clients, client information, client programs and data and other information revealed to or discovered by Fox Consulting.

Just as the medical and legal professions hold the privacy of their clients in high regard, so does Fox Consulting.

It is understood that in the course of doing business with personal and business clients, private and confidential information on the computer systems serviced may come to light.  Any and all data/information will be kept strictly confidential. Also, any discussions, information and dealings between Fox Consulting and their clients will be held in strictest confidence.

Fox Consulting respects the privacy and rights of its clients to the utmost.  However, Fox Consulting also does not tolerate those who choose to knowingly break the laws of the United States of America, the laws of the states and municipalities that they provide service too.  If it is discovered that systems that are serviced have been stolen, are illegal, have software or data that is stolen or of illegal nature, Fox consulting will report the particulars to the proper law enforcement authorities.
